Business + AI Hackathon · Friday, Sept. 25, 2026
Submit your project
One submission per team, due by 3 p.m. ET. Pick one teammate to send it. They can submit again until the deadline, and we use the latest one.
Submissions open on the morning of the hackathon, Friday, Sept. 25, and close at 3 p.m. ET. One submission per team.
The deadline was 3 p.m. ET. If your team has not submitted, find an organizer in Tech Flex right away.
How it works
Three steps
Hand in whatever shows your work. There is no required format and no template.
Pick one person
One teammate submits for the whole team. Spell your team name the same way every time you submit, so your versions stay together.
Share what you have
Slides, code, a doc, a prototype: whatever shows your work, in any format. Keep it where you already work (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, Canva, GitHub) and set sharing to “Anyone with the link”.
- Check itOpen each link once in a private window.
Fill in the form
Seven short questions and no sign-in. Paste your links, one per line, and press Submit.
Submit early, update later
Send a first version as soon as you have one. You can replace it as often as you like before 3 p.m.
Good to know
Before you press submit
Your submission
What does the form ask for?
Team name, who is on the team, which challenge you worked on, the project name, one sentence on what it does, which AI tools you used, then your links. Write the one sentence before you open the form.
What do we hand in?
Anything that helps someone understand what you built and why it matters to the business: slides, a short report, code, a live app. Use whatever you already have.
Can we change it after submitting?
Yes. Fill in the form again before 3 p.m. and we use your latest version.
If something goes wrong
The form will not open
Try another browser or your phone. If that still fails, find an organizer in Tech Flex before 3 p.m.
Is the deadline firm?
The form closes at 3 p.m. ET. Send a first version early so a slow connection at 2:55 p.m. cannot hurt you.
